Every functional space depends on systems most people never see — the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing networks that quietly keep everything running. At AXOVA Decoration, our MEP solutions cover the full scope of these systems, designed and installed to work reliably behind the scenes across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout the UAE.

Our MEP work spans electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, mechanical infrastructure, and fire and safety systems — each planned around the specific demands of the space, whether that's a busy commercial kitchen, a multi-story office, or a private residence. Because these systems interact closely with each other, and with structural and HVAC elements, we design and install them as one coordinated scope rather than isolated trades, reducing the risk of conflicts that commonly arise when MEP is subcontracted separately.

Before any project reaches handover, every MEP system goes through thorough testing and commissioning, confirming it performs exactly as designed under real conditions — not just according to the drawings. This attention to detail is what allows MEP to fade into the background once a space is complete, doing its job reliably without ever calling attention to itself.
